Are You a Parent Who...

  • Wants to help your teen but doesn't know where to start.

  • Watches your teen struggling and wishes they had more tools to manage life's challenges.

  • Feels your teen could benefit from an online group which works together in building skills for resiliency?

The teenage years can be full of emotional challenges where confusion, stress & anxiety can arise from navigating the transition from adolescence to young adulthood.

To address the common concerns we have heard over the years from parents and teens, we decided to create a safe online space where teens can be themselves exploring health-promoting practices among a small group of like-minded peers. And at the same time, discover new strategies to tackle and overcome life's challenges now & into adulthood.

Your teen will...

Be armed with the self-knowledge & skills that adults wish they learned in school. Our goal is to equip them with tools to overcome life's challenges and instill confidence in who they are, as they are.

With a combined 40+ years of experience, this program has been carefully and mindfully designed using the following approaches:

  • ACT- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy

  • Mindfulness-Based Practices

  • CBT- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

  • Relational Esteem

  • Art Therapy

  • HeartMath® Techniques

  • Relational Life

An 8-week program for Teens ages 13-17 to promote personal growth in mental, physical and emotional well-being. The group is limited to 12 participants to create a safe space where everyone has a voice.

The Goal of Mastering Your Teen Years (& Beyond!), is to support your teen with the tools to shift from feeling stressed & anxious to calm & confident. The group meets for 1-hour once a week to...

  • Be part of a safe & supportive group

because connection with other teens is important to “buy in” on learning & practicing skills

  • Engage in weekly dialogs

because regular and active engagement increases learning.

  • Explore topics like mindsets & beliefs, stress management, emotional intelligence, relationships & mindfulness

because their lives are complicated & they need to understand them better.

  • Investigate mental & physical health-promoting techniques

because not every teen resonates with every skill.

  • Apply the practices

because they need to successfully manage their mood & emotional regulation now.

  • Develop & establish healthy routines

because repetition builds stability in habits.

  • Be supported by professionals

because we understand the need for expert guidance.
